This project was delivered for a confidential client. Names, data and identifying screens have been removed or recreated.

The context

The institution runs many cohorts across multiple programmes. Their intake dates feed planning documents, targets and the public website.

The problem

Dates lived in many sheets and docs and were updated by hand. Course pages on the website fell out of step, and nobody owned the changes clearly.

What I built

A Google Sheets automation, using LET, ARRAYFORMULA, IMPORTRANGE and QUERY, that keeps a course target list current with every cohort's dates and flags data quality issues as they appear.

I paired it with a process fix: a Course Creation and Website Updates SOP, now at version 2.1. It assigns each step to a named role and adds a clear route for mid-intake changes through the webmaster.
